Opening Hours:
The Pre-School is open from Mondays to Fridays as follows:
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - 9.00am to 3.45pm;
- Tuesdays and Fridays - 9.00am to 12.00pm.
Funded Hours:
The Pre-School offers a maximum of 15 funded hours for the following categories:
- 2-Year-Old Working Families;
- Together for 2’s Funding; and
- 3- & 4-Year-Old Universal Funding.
For the avoidance of doubt the Pre-School does not (1) take children under 2 years old or (2) offer more than 15 funded hours.
“Private” Hours:
Additional session hours over and above any funded hours entitlement are charged at £10.00 per hour, increasing to £10.50 per hour as from the Autumn Term 2026.
In addition any attendance at the supervised Lunch Club (12.00pm to 12.45pm) which is NOT taken as part of funded hours is charged at a flat rate of £10.00 per day, increasing to £10.50 per day as from the Autumn Term 2026.
Additional Charges:
Although this is always kept under review by the Trustees, there are currently no additional charges for food, consumables or day-to-day activities. The one exception to this is that the Pre-School is looking to introduce an optional “Forest School” session for which there will be an additional charge. Full details will be published once they are finalised.
